The tour’s beginning is intended for your relaxation and healthy lifestyle.
The goal is to gain functional health knowledge while also strengthening the attitudes, beliefs, and practice skills required to adopt and maintain healthy habits throughout your life.
To begin, you will be carried by local sampan boat to Thoi Binh Island in the center of the calm Mekong River to the island’s historical Communal Temple surrounded by green luscious gardens to learn the basic wellness skills.
At the center of the Temple greenery area, a perfect set of regularly Exercising, Aerobics, and Relaxation is practiced.
While practicing deep breathing skills, you can listen to calming and healing natural music, gaze at gorgeous oil paintings, and inhale the relaxing perfume.
To bring the learnt skills into practice, you take a 10minutes walk to Mr Hai’s green pearl property, where you can rejuvenate your physical and mental bodies with a new set of healing abilities such as eating a healthy diet at a tropical fruits buffet. Getting enough rest and sleep, spending time outside in nature.
Following that, participate in the practice by concentrating your attention on something peaceful and expanding your awareness of your body with Progressive muscular relaxation (tensing and relaxing the muscles in your toes and gradually
working your way up to your neck and head), and eventually autogenic relaxation (repeating good thinking words or recommendations in your thoughts).
And finally Visualization (form mental images to take a visual journey to a peaceful, calming place or situation to include as many senses as you can, such as smell, sight, sound and touch. If you imagine relaxing at the ocean, for instance, think about the smell of salt water, the sound of crashing waves and the warmth of the sun on your body. After that, you ride in a buggy to Mr Tam’s lush and serene garden for Skill 4: Refreshing mental wellness with metal music and art therapy, aromatherapy.
