About Mekong Essence
We started our ecotourism business, Mekong Essence, in Ben Tre four years ago. We wanted to provide travelers with an authentic experience of the Mekong Delta. We take visitors on boat tours around the canals and rivers of Ben Tre, where they can take in the quiet beauty of the local countryside. From these tours, travelers can observe the many species of birds and fish that inhabit the river and have the chance to meet the locals who work and live in the area.
We also offer visitors the opportunity to experience the rich history and culture of the Mekong Delta. Through guided tours and lectures, We take them to some of the most historically significant sites in the area, as well as to markets and local villages. Plus, We provide delicious meals freshly prepared from local ingredients. We also offer overnight stays in traditional stilt houses, a unique way to connect with the people and nature of the Delta.
Besides, we offer amazing wellness and healing tour packages to our customers to reconnect to their inner selves, to nature, and to the local culture.
